In our industry we are well known for our high quality standards. For CRH, quality assurance begins early in the development stage and continues far beyond series production.
The cornerstone for our high safety standard and the long service life of our products is first set in the development phase through the use of FEMAs (Failure Mode Effects Analyses), FEMs (model trial and simulations) and rigorous testing.
Built-in quality assurance
The Extended Production System (EPS) ensures consistent high quality during series production. Using EPS, all processes are standardized resulting in the same quality level at all production locations. All automated manufacturing processes employed during volume production at CRH include our integrated quality assurance system.
