Life is full of surprises and models which attampt to simulate reality are invaraibly less complex than the real thing. It is therefore incumbent on CRH to factor in some additional safety reserves into our systems and components sufficient to compensate for extreme situations of stress and loading which can test the limits of human anatomy.
Our concepts undergo rigorous testing from the beginning of our design process in order to assure that we maintain the high level of safety requirements mandated by today's automotive envirionment. The constant interplay and comparison of simulation through the use of finite element analysis to actual testing results serves to prove out our ideas and concepts for robustness of to discover any weakness.
