Gateway-based product development
Product development at CRH is controlled via a Gateway process. This process, which has been designed to the most exacting automotive industry standards, enables detailed monitoring of the complete product introduction processes. It also serves to inform the management of the current project's status. Gateways cover simultaneous product and process development to assure a smooth project life from our original ideas through to series production.
